back relaxing pose

We often practice this pose after the dead body pose, the benefit of doing this pose is to relax the back area. For first step we need to raise our legs to 90 degrees, fold on of the leg and fall both of the legs to the direction of the straight leg. When going this pose we need to cooperate with our breathe, raise and change the leg in inhale and lay down in exhale. Step by step repeat it about 10 times, better to do it with cushion or might get hurt from the hard floor.
