Salamba Sarvangasana- shoulderstand


This the the first time for me to do shouldstand, it is the new yoga pose for me. and I can feel I'm reaching a new yoga level. foe the firs step putting legs on the wall and made it as 90 degree as possible, by doing this pose, the blood will float back immediately that can solve headache. Second step is to push the body up in this stage we need to cooperate with breathe and use the stomach to hold the pose or we might hurt our neck. Third step is using hand to help holding the pose that we don't need to use stomach all the time. Fourth steps is use the wall and push back the body that one leg can be straight, in this movement we need to borrow the energy by the wall. The last step is to raise the other legs and made both of the legs left the wall. The breathing is very important if we don't follow the breath we might hurt ourselves.
