yoga poses- relaxing ankles


The design of this poses is to relaxing our ankle. We use our ankle everyday and get hurt very easily especially for girls who often wears high heel. This poses can not be done by everyone, of your ankles are stressful that you can not raise your legs and fold your ankle. The legs can be raise higher by practicing, bigger angle that you can raise means how your ankles relaxed. The benefit is to relax the stress of the ankles and make our walking more comfortable.
